Take vitamin B^6 in a dose of up to 100 mg. a day for the second half of your cycle; although it is more commonly used to ease premenstrual tension it also helps many women with painful breasts.

I have never been pregnant but my nipples weeping a sort of milk - women health question

 I have never been pregnant, but recently my nipples seem to be constantly weeping a sort of milk -like substance. Is this normal? I am 30 years old and on the pill?

Answer:
  This is condition called galactorrhoea, or inappropriate lacation. Although you are on the pill you should make quite sure that this method of contraception has not failed you because galactorrhoea is usually caused by pregnancy.

Why my Nipples color Changed ?

 

Question : I started taking the Pill recently and my nipples have changed color . Is this usual ?

 

Answer : In fair-skinned women the nipples may become brown and pigmented as a side effect of your taking the Pill .

This is quite normal . Exactly the same thing happens naturally to a lot of women when they first become pregnant .

 

 

What does skin cancer ?

Question : What does skin cancer look like ? I have some brown , scab-like blemishes on and around my left nipple . I was wondering if this is anything serious ? The right nipple is similarly affected , but does not look quite so bad .

 

Answer : It is extremely unusual to get skin cancer around a nipple . However , there is a condition called Paget’s disease which affects the nipple . It looks like eczema and bleeds easily and if you think this is what you have , then it should be treated by a specialist . There could be a simpler explanation , though . The scab-like blemishes sound as though they are an encrustation caused by skin oils . If you use a softening skin lotion they should just lift off , but if you are worried then do consult your doctor .

If this fails to bring out the nipples then you may not able to feed .

Large number of Hairs around my nipples

Any of the usual hair removing techniques can be used on them , but plucking is not recommended as it sometimes simulates more growth. Hair around the nipple has nothing to do with abnormal hormones or changing sex , but like facial and leg hair it is probably an inherited family or racial characteristic .
